Program Overview

The OSSLN Junior Academy is designed for players who have already developed a solid foundation of technical skills and are ready for the next level. The program emphasizes decision-making under pressure, soccer IQ and tactical awareness, team development and collective play.

Our coaching philosophy is grounded in the U.S. Soccer Possession-Based Model, with a focus on building out from the back, team progression through all thirds of the field and maintaining majority possession to control the rhythm and outcome of games.

 

Program Details

• Monthly program with ongoing open enrollment
• Two practices per week
• Games on Sundays, following a 7-week seasonal schedule
• $157 per month
• $90 uniform fee (one-time or as needed)

 

Uniform Information

Each player will need to purchase separately:

• 1 OSSLN Practice Jersey
• 2 OSSLN Game Jerseys
• 1 Pair of Uniform Shorts
• 1 Pair of Socks

Required for all sessions: cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle

Membership Requirement

An annual or family membership is required for all Junior Academy players
